Delivery address

We operate an address verification system for your security, we can in certain cases ship to another address other than the card holder's.

Confirmation of order

Once your order has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Stock availability

The confirmation e-mail you receive is confirmation that we have received your order and not a guarantee of stock availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel and/or refund any unavailable items and we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible.

Heel heights given are an approximate measurement taken from the back of the heel and are a guide only.

All sizes are shown in UK sizes.

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch your order the same day if we receive payment before 2pm, otherwise in 1 working day. We do not dispatch on the weekend.

Western Europe: Please allow up to 7 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.

Rest of the world: Please allow up to 7-14 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.

How are you items delivered?

UK: We dispatch items via the Royal Mail Tracked service and a signature will be required on delivery. You will also receive an email from Royal Mail notifying you when your item will be delivered. You can also specify "Safe Place" if no one is available to sign for the package. Please inform us if this option is required.

We also dispatch via Special Delivery which is guaranteed next working day before 1pm.

International: Your items are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required.

Exchanges and refunds

Should you wish to exchange or return any items please contact us via telephone Monday-Saturday 9.30-5.30 01246 807177 or via email returns@toadfootwear.co.uk , please do not simply return them without our consent. Please return your item(s) unworn and in an unmarked condition within 14 days, enclosing a copy of your invoice to:

Please send the shoes via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us.

We now offer free postage on all exchanges.

Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund.

We can only refund the card originally used for payment.

Alternatively, you can take the shoes with your invoice or delivery note into toad, Chesterfield. All our prices include VAT at the current rate of 20%
