  • HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS DELIVERED?

    UK

    UK: Items dispatched via our free service take 3-5 working days and require a signature upon delivery.

    Items dispatched via the Royal Mail Tracked service will require a signature on delivery. This service takes 2-3 working days. You will also receive an email from Royal Mail notifying you when your item will be delivered.

    Items dispatched via the Royal Mail Tracked Next Day service are guaranteed to be delivered the next working day and will require a signature upon delivery.

    We also dispatch via Special Delivery which is guaranteed next working day before 1pm.

    International: Your items are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
  • Should you wish to exchange or return any items please contact us via telephone Monday-Saturday 9.30-5.30 or via email returns@toadfootwear.co.uk, please do not simply return them without our consent. Please return your item(s) unworn and in an unmarked condition within 14 days, enclosing a copy of your invoice to:

    Please send the shoes via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. Please note that we do not refund initial postage costs.
  • We now offer free postage on all exchanges.
    Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund.Please note that only the postage cost of the exchanged pair will be free of charge, the cost of returning the original pair back to us will be at your own expense.

  • International Sales: We regret postage and packaging charges cannot be refunded.

    We can only refund the card originally used for payment.

    Alternatively, you can take the shoes with your invoice or delivery note into toad, Chesterfield.
