Payment types

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Paypal.

When we will take your payment

As soon as your payment has been confirmed.

Delivery address

We operate an address verification system for your security, we can in certain cases ship to another address other than the card holder's.

Confirmation of order

Once your order has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Stock availability

The confirmation e-mail you receive is confirmation that we have received your order and not a guarantee of stock availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel and/or refund any unavailable items and we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible.

Heel heights

Heel heights given are an approximate measurement taken from the back of the heel and are a guide only.

All sizes are shown in UK sizes.

Delivery times

• We aim to dispatch your order the same day if we receive payment before 2pm, otherwise in 1 working day. We do not dispatch on the weekend.
UK / Channel Islands: FREE
For postage to Europe / Rest of the World, this will depend on the weight of your item. Postage starts from £9.99. You will be informed of your postage costs after updating your shopping basket.


How are you items delivered?

• UK: We dispatch first class recorded via the Royal Mail and a signature will be required on delivery
• International: Your items are sent either by Royal Mail International Signed For. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required.

Exchanges and refunds

Should you wish to exchange or return any items please contact us via telephone Monday-Saturday 9.30-5.30 or via email returns@toadfootwear.co.uk , please do not simply return them without our consent. Please return your item(s) unworn and in an unmarked condition within 14 days, enclosing a copy of your invoice to:

Please send the shoes via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us.

Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. If an exchange is required you must pay for all postage costs incurred including the charge for the return pair. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded.

We can only refund the card originally used for payment.

In the case of a free postage offer, shoes which are returned to us for non-fault purposes will be refunded minus a £2.99 postage charge.

Alternatively, you can take the shoes with your invoice or delivery note into toad, Chesterfield. All our prices include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%
