Onitsuka Tiger

Onitsuka Tiger began in 1949 based on the philosophy of bringing up a sound youth through sports. In 1966 the Asics stripe design that is still used today, was introduced for shoes being developed for the 1968 Olympic Games. Called 'Mexico lines' the stripe has become their trademark design. Styles such as Mexico 66 and Ultimate 81 are a great combination of sport and style, which come in a variety of retro colours and materials. The Fabre 74 was named and abbreviated after the basketball term 'Fast Break' and introduced a vulcanised cup sole to the trainer.
